So, the thing I was talking about yesterday, with the allegory and the TWOP recap? Is basically: I choose werewolf over vampire. Allegorically. I'm not an omg I waited hundreds of years for you sort of girl. I've had brushes with that, and it's absolutely not what I want, no matter how Romantic it may seem at the time. I'd rather be normal in the daylight and howl at the moon.

There's way more complexity to the analysis of said allegory here. It's all sorts of queer and feministy and meta and... just, completely cracked out.
