This rather goes along with my earlier post about shoes.

Luxuries I currently indulge in:
- Shoes, as previously mentioned (the indulgence is in quantity more than the cost of individual items)
- Play clothes
- Products made by DIY and women-owned businesses
- My hair
- Accomodations when we travel (which is generally rare)
- Books (again, a quantity thing, and I buy them instead of going to the library)

Luxuries I'd have if I could afford them:
- World travel! Gallivanting around the globe!
- More stuff for houseguests, ala Colin Cowie
- A totally custom-designed house. And a heated lap pool.
- Art, including travelling to see more art

Things I scrimp or save on:
- Car stuff, including the car itself
- Technology. I tend to make do with slightly older technology when I wish for all the newest, shiniest, bell-havingest media stuff.
- Work clothes.
- Health care stuff. I really try to avoid doctors, even for our pets, except when we desperately need them.
