I totally understand this. I spend a lot of time during the week immersed in media, be it radio, TV, print, or online. I avoid all of this on the weekends because, if I don't, I become far too jaded with politics, etc. to continue to function as a normal human being. Staying in bed and growling at the world isn't exactly healthy :-)
