reading recommendations?
Mar. 14th, 2005 09:44 amI have a decent-sized stack of fairly academic (cause when you start delving into specific issues, you get more and more academic books) feminist books waiting for me to read. Looking forward to them.
But. I've been reading a lot of fiction, so I'd like to ease into my serious reading with some lighter feministy stuff.
Which is where you come in: got any suggestions? I've looked at a variety of the standard bookstore offerings, and they're appropriately light but also look like they'll piss me off for their failure to have a truly feministy attitude towards sex, or kids, or work, or even in some cases gender. I need fun feministy reading!
