women's equality day

In other news, I was proselytising about Victoria's Secret enforcing the idea that appearance is important (more fun from
feminist) earlier, but just now almost called someone 'lovely', which in a teeeeeny way implies appearance focus, too. It's only one of the million mostly more significant ways I'm on that particular bandwagon [The vast number of VS bras in my closet don't escape me, kids!], but it's frustrating not being able to live up to your own ideals seconds after you espouse them.
