you couldn't PAY me to live on grace street, again.
my ex lived on the 2800 block of grace and really it's a sub par location. right on boulevard & also a halfway house on the corner (not that that is bad but it made walking at night a little uncomfy at times for my ex). plus parking is HORRIBLE (even if you get off street parking you will not want yr friends to come over because there is no where for you to park after 5pm on a weeknight). all of those buildings are owned by assssssholes, too.... seriously... i would never ever ever ever live there.
for the most part i hate the fan, but i really really hate grace street.
