It was pretty much "if you click your heels together three times, you'll be thin again!"
The distressing thing is that we're so used to this bullet point variety of information that it's easy to just consume without criticism.

I do most of those things. And yet I'm fat. I don't know if I move around more than thin people. But hey, I guess I don't since I'm fat and all fat people behave the same, just as all thin people behave the same.
