keryxOr at least, I was a nerd as a kid. See, mom! All that time refusing to go out and play paid off... now I can astound people on the internets with the sheer volume of my reading.
Where do you fall in the list? X's are the ones I've read. Intriguingly, this meme has expanded from a "best loved books" thing to claim the BBC believes most people will have read only 6 of the 100 books here. I know I'm nerdier than the average person, but I think that's a stretch given how many people who speak English also complete middle school... and indeed, as far as I can find, there is no evidence that the BBC claims such a thing. Pfft.
