It's snowing at Wilderness Office Park (and you know, all over town). A lot.

I'm really quite terrified of snow, and wearing all stupidly tall shoes cause I was thinking about making sure I was warm and my pants are too long, so there's a good chance that (since my chucks are in my car and not my desk drawer) I'll end up walking mostly barefoot in the snow to my car. Doh. And then I'll have to drive in the snow.

That sucks. And, yes, I'm totally sulking now. Snow should come during the night so it keeps me from going to work, not from getting safely home. Everyone knows that. Stupid weather!

I am fucking terrified to drive home today. I wish I could sleep here. I need a cot and I can go to the mall and buy some clothes or something. WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

I feel your pain. And you have a long drive, too (though at least you won't have to get out of Wilderness Office Park).

This weather totally reminds me of the night in college when it started snowing so all my friends decided to sleep at Mike Woodhead's house and Steve Craig got drunk and poured creme de menthe all over himself in his sleep, then Greg Rosenberg (whom you did not know) and I sat in my car in a 7-11 parking lot for like 3 hours the next morning, because it was too icy to drive and too disturbing back at the house. That was NOT a good weekend.

hee. oh, hee. i wore my grrly combat boots, with my brand new pinstriped pants because i just had to wear the new pants, which will now get all wet and gnasty. but at least i wore the proper shoes.

yes, and i also have to tape "west wing" for momma. but since i have no work tomorrow (thanks mr. president!), i'm a-gonna stay up late and watch the silliness.

Just remember that you never hit your brakes if you slide. Just take your foot off the gas and concentrate on steering. I drove in snow for years and what it finally took for me to have a winter crash was ice, an unlit road and Virginia's inability to properly care for winter conditions.
