I'll need to re-order checks soon. I've seen feministy checks before, but I can't figure out who sells them now. I tried NOW, and Ms. and FMF, and no one lurves me. Surely one of you must know where to find these things?

You know... I looked a while back! I found Breast Cancer Awareness checks but I don't know that my money is really going to the reasearch so I don't trust them enough to buy.

You could go for cowgirl checks
You could get your own photo put on checks
And you could always just write a feminist message on your checks in the memo line, or have them printed to include one.

They could be like bumper stickers almost.

"Beauty comes in all sizes"
"Well-behaved women rarely make history"
That sort of thing.
Or maybe some feminist slogans with a financial slant.

There's this weird customer we get at work, and she writes "Repent 'Cause Jesus Saves" or something like that on her checks, but not in the memo line even though that's blank--she writes it right above her signature. It always makes me roll my eyes--not just because it's really cheesy (I HATE "witnessing") but also because I wonder if that's exactly legal...

You know what would be fun for us slackers is stickers! I wonder if NOW or anyone already makes little stickers that would fit in the "memo" line of a check.
