i live in a bubble!

keryxI got an email from the Feminist Majority about the "t-shirt everyone's talking about". I thought they meant the "I had an abortion" t-shirt. They meant the "This is what a feminist looks like" shirt that got a family kicked out of some Republican thing.
The former is still a source of debate in my feminist bubble (cf the WHB discussion this week, not to mention the LJ debate over it). The latter only featured for about a day, and the conversation was basically "They kicked them out for being pro-choice and feminists? Well, that was STUPID."
In other news, I have managed to get a cold. Again. Bah! I wish I did live in a germ-free bubble sometimes.
