Victoria's Secret wastes trees, among other things.

Duh. They send zillions of catalogs and don't recycle. Bad. [Note that you can request they not send you stuff, but it's irresponsible to put the effort all on the consumer, dude.] They're also a contributor - an iconic one, at that - to the idea that "sexy" and "beautiful" are things that every woman wants/needs to be and that one can buy.

And they're one of few places that make bras to reliably fit me. I hate that.

dude, i have the same issue. there's usually one one bra every other season that fits me perfectly, but that's a better track record than most other places i've tried.

yet, they represent evilness.

yep. it sucks. the options all suck. there's buy no bras, be in pain and considered freakish but at least not cave to someone else's idea of what you should look like. buy craptastic or appallingly expensive bras from other retailers (none of which are swell, women-friendly establishments). or buy nice-fitting bras from the evil brasellers of doom, which is probably indicative of some internal oppression.

but you're right, they are pretty woman-positive at Victoria's, and the sales assistants are almsot always really nice there. at the very least, vickie's gives me a place to see pretty, big-breastd women glorified which you don't often see in The Magazines--most everybody's a twig instead. i find vickie's models more realistic (despite the many sets of implants) than most models, and they're one of the best places to buy really big sized shoes (which is good for transwomen).

and yep, some good points. still largely an evil place, unfortunately. if they'd just show a little pudge or a few small breasts here and there to tie themselves back to real women...
